Heavy Vehicle “A” Service

Local Fleet – 5,000km or monthly
B-Double Prime Mover – 10,000km
Highway Prime Mover – 12,500km

Services Included; and Not limited too:

Check for leaks – oil, fuel, air or coolant
Grease all grease points
Adjust brakes & check linings
Check security condition of driveline & suspension components
Check all steering joints for wear
Check all exterior lights
Drain Air tanks

Heavy Vehicle “B” Service

Local Fleet – 10,000 or 3 Months
B-Double Prime Mover – 20,000km
Highway Prime Mover – 25,000km

Services Include; and not limited too:

Check for leaks – oil, fuel, air or coolant
Check all hoses & clamps for wear & security
Check engine earth strap
Check security of starter motor & cables
Clean air filter – replace if required
Grease all grease points
Adjust brakes & check linings
Check wheel bearing & kingpin freeplay
Check hub oil level
Check security & condition of driveline & suspension components
Check chassis bolts crossmembers etc
Check all steering joints for wear
Adjust clutch & lubricate release bearing
Check gearbox & engine mounts
Check gearbox oil level
Check diff oil levels
Check brake lines, hoses, actuators, slack adjusters
Check hub seal for leaks
Check exhaust system for leaks & security
Drain air tanks

Heavy Vehicle “C” Service

Local Fleet – 12 Months
B-Double Prime Mover – 80,000 km
Highway Prime Mover – 100,000km

Services Include; and not limited too:

Check all hoses & clamps for wear & security
Check engine earth strap
Check security of starter motor & cables
Change air filter
Grease all grease points
Adjust brakes & check linings
Check wheel bearing & kingpin freeplay
Check hub oil level
Check security & condition of driveline & suspension components
